The Granite Falls High School homecoming game of 2023 was certainly a night to remember! To start off, our very own GFHS cheerleaders and extremely spirited student section made an appearance on King 5 News, to spread the word about the highly anticipated game. Our football team fought hard that night, and played amazingly. Kaden LaPlaunt (senior) had 305 yards passing, along with 3 touchdowns, and 39 yards rushing. Johnny Roberts (senior) had 6 catches for 80 yards and 3 receiving touchdowns, and James Porter (senior) had 11 catches for 146 yards. ‘Twas an intense game against Kings, but our team played their hearts out, and it showed. With a final score of 28-52, we are proud of how fierce the team played, and can’t wait to see where they go from here!
