Our advisor, Mr. McCabe is on his third year with the Tribune, and fourth year of teaching at GFHS! Originally from New England, in his teaching career he enjoys “drinking coffee, providing moral support, and helping students being the best version of themselves they can be.” His favorite thing about school is, “learning all the new sigma lingo every year,” and his least favorite thing is grading. As Advisor of the Tribune, he helps by “giving questionable advice, writing on the whiteboard, and being the subject of social media videos that I don’t understand!” (@gfhs.tiger.tribune).” Let it be known that Mr. McCabe begrudgingly included his senior picture for this bio because he supports his students’ ideas, even if it makes him cringe. Also, he swears surfboard necklaces were cool once. Thanks for everything McCabe!
