Want to dress up for Halloween but don’t know what to wear?

Well we got the thing for you!

If you’re looking for some easy peasy costumes ideas, here’s some that YOU can do by yourself, or with friends! Not only that, you’ll get an idea of how to DIY these costumes, but of course you can be creative and make up your own things. You can do these with others, or by yourself! 

Colored pencils

1. Buy yourself or your friends a party hat that’s only one color! 
2. Find an outfit with the same color as your hat – Doesn’t have to be exact
3. (Optional) Find the same color pencil, and write the name of the color on it! You can either tape it on you, or use a string so you can wear it. A name tag also works!

Cowboys/Cowgirls/Cowpoke

1. First, just buy yourself or your friends a cool cowboy hat!
2. (Optional) Find some cool boots to wear, and an outfit to go along with it! But, in general, if you just have a hat people will probably know what you are.

Fairies

1. Pick out some wings (Dollar Tree probably has some great ones!). You can also make your own out of cardboard.
2. Find an outfit to match it. It could just be the same color as your wings, or just look good with it!

Painting & Artist

1. You or your friends can choose who the artist and who’s the painting. 
2. If you’re painting, buy a canvas from anywhere. Start painting anything, or just draw on it. Hold it up as you go trick or treating with your friends or yourself.
3. If you’re the artist, find an apron and a paintbrush. You can even get a hat if you want to. If you’re going without your friends, you can get a canvas for yourself and paint on it. Show it off as you trick or treat!

Ghosts

1. Buy or find a white piece of cloth, big enough to hide your body from head to knees.
2. Cut up some holes for your eyes, and you’re pretty much done!

Jellyfish

1. Find an umbrella!
2. Cut up some strips of colored paper or paper streamers. Make sure they match your umbrella.
3. Attach paper/streamers on your umbrella with tape!
4. Find an outfit to match, preferably the same color.

Zombie

1. Buy some green body paint.
2. Paint your friends and/or your whole body green! 
3. Make your hair messy, and you’re done!

Mummy

1. Get some toilet paper.
2. Wrap your friends and/or yourself with it.
3. You’re finished, unless you wanna add some tape to secure it!
